GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate from universities in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Marketing, or related fields
  • Over 15 years of experience in the FMCG sector - preferably in food, dried fruit, snacks, frozen food, agricultural products, or similar categories
  • Advanced knowledge of export sales processes, international trade dynamics, and global customer management
  • Experienced in international distributor management and channel development
  • Has managed new product launches and global market entry processes, experienced in private label and retail channels
  • Possesses a strategic perspective, commercially growth-focused, and results-oriented
  • Has a multidisciplinary approach capable of managing sales, marketing, and business development functions together
  • Strong negotiation, relationship management, and commercial communication skills
  • Experience working with different cultures
  • Advanced level of English is mandatory

JOB DESCRIPTION

Global Sales and Export Management

  • To create and implement the commercial growth strategy of the company's existing export operations
  • To develop new customer and distributor networks in America, the UK, Europe, and other target markets
  • To manage international distributorship agreements, dealer structures, and strategic partnership processes
  • To design private label, retail, and B2B channel strategies separately
  • To manage commercial relationships with chain markets, importers, distributors, and industrial customers
  • To manage sales targets, revenue, profitability, and market share KPIs
  • To lead pricing, margin optimization, and commercial sustainability processes in the export channel
  • To create action plans by monitoring competition dynamics, consumer trends, and category developments in global markets

Business Development and New Market Expansion

  • Creating the company's growth map by analyzing new country and channel opportunities
  • Preparing entry strategies of new product groups for global markets
  • Developing Go-To-Market strategies for target markets
  • Conducting feasibility analyses of potential distributor, partner, and channel structures
  • Evaluating new business models, category expansions, and strategic growth opportunities
  • Actively participating in commercial contracts, distributorship structures, and channel setups
  • Leading the company's international fairs, trade delegations, and sectoral networking processes

Marketing and Product Launch Processes

  • Manage new product launch processes in coordination with sales and marketing teams
  • Contribute to product positioning, category strategy, and brand communication processes
  • Provide guidance on product adaptation, packaging, and consumer expectations suitable for target markets
  • Develop commercial action plans by analyzing market-based consumer behaviors
  • Develop strategies to increase the competitiveness of the product portfolio in global markets
