Description

GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, Marketing, Engineering, or related fields
  • Minimum 15 years of professional experience in sales, business development, and commercial management roles
  • Experience in the cable manufacturing industry, with a strong understanding of market dynamics, product applications, and customer segments is a must
  • Proven experience managing key accounts and developing business within the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, OEM, Renewable Energy, or related industrial sectors
  • Experience in leading and growing domestic market sales activities, with full responsibility for local customer development and revenue growth
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing strategic sales plans aligned with business objectives
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with experience building, coaching, and leading high-performing sales teams
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong commercial acumen with the ability to identify market opportunities and drive profitable growth
  • Fluency in English, both written and spoken

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Lead the commercial structure across Oil & Gas, Petrochemical, OEM, and Renewable Energy segments as part of a global organization
  • Drive strategic growth objectives in the domestic market in alignment with the company’s overall business strategy
  • Manage and develop key customer relationships, ensuring long-term strategic partnerships and business expansion
  • Define and implement effective sales strategies to strengthen market position and increase market share
  • Identify new business opportunities and develop actionable plans to penetrate target accounts and industries
  • Lead and develop the sales team to achieve commercial targets and improve performance
  • Ensure strong coordination with global and regional stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to support strategic decision-making
  • Oversee domestic sales operations and ensure alignment with revenue and profitability targets
