We are currently seeking a Senior Customer Representative for our client operating in the textile industry and located in Denizli. The ideal candidate should have experience in single jersey knitted fabric processes and a strong background in customer relationship management within the textile sector.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Textile Engineering, Business Administration or a related field,
• Experience in the textile industry as a Customer Representative,
• Strong knowledge and experience in single jersey knitted fabric processes,
• Good command of written and spoken English,
• Strong communication, coordination and relationship management skills,
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities effectively.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Planning, monitorin and managing single jersey knitting production processes efficiently,
• Following up on production targets related to quality, delivery timelines and operational efficiency,
• Providing technical support regarding knitting machinery, fabric structures and production techniques,
• Coordinating closely with production planning, quality, purchasing and other related departments,
• Identifying production-related issues and developing effective solutions,
• Managing customer requirements and technical specifications throughout production processes,
• Communicating and collaborating with international customers and suppliers,
• Using English actively in written and verbal communication within international business operations,
• Preparing reports and ensuring regular follow-up of operational processes.
