REQUIREMENTS

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
• 7–10 years of experience in Training/Learning & Development within the luxury cosmetics or beauty industry.
• Strong knowledge of skincare, makeup and fragrance categories.
• Proven experience in designing and delivering retail sales training programs.
• Demonstrated ability to improve sales capability and customer experience through effective training.
• Experience working with global teams and adapting global learning initiatives to local markets.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Fluent English is essential.
• Willingness to travel when required.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Develop and execute training strategies aligned with business objectives and global standards.
• Deliver engaging training programs for retail teams across skincare, makeup, and fragrance categories.
• Enhance product knowledge, selling techniques, and customer experience to support sales growth.
• Collaborate closely with global and cross-functional teams to localize and implement training initiatives.
• Monitor training effectiveness through KPIs and continuously improve learning programs.
• Coach field teams and identify development opportunities to maximize retail performance.
• Stay up to date with market trends, product innovations, and competitor activities.
