Contributes Distribution Programs  and DigitalBusiness Development Plans to have a sustainable market access for the company. Deploy related Added Value Services (e-AVS),improve the digital assets for the  company’s  Online Channel Management (B2B + B2C) .He/she is in charge of planning, developing, executing and deploying DigitalProjects, that achieves the objectives fixed by the sponsor in terms of quality, deadlines and costs by applying the Group project approach.


  • Formalizes the development ambitions /objectives of digital business development and ensure that there are aligned with the e-retail    strategy of the EUC Region
  • Creates processes to ensure that digital capabilities and marketing program target, convert and retain goals and budget commitments are met
  • Identifies key opportunities to create leads for our distributors (dealers, pure players, companies etc.) via digital tools
  • Benchmark internally and externally, proposes solutions aligned with the market  trends to  increase distributors' digital maturity

Digits/ Accounts Management:

  • Develops & negotiate E-retail relationships with key stakeholders toward mutually beneficial objectives
  • Works closely with marketing and sales teams to understand business goals to ensure they get the full value from relationship
  • Maximizes opportunities through research and preparation beforeh and, analyzing goals, alternatives, trade-offs, powers and possible outcomes
  • Exchanges information with others to foster mutual and in-depth understanding of each party's interests
  • Describes the key business drivers behind the strategy
  • Provides front line support for channel member that arc consistent with strategy
  • Ensures that marketing material is aligned with overall the partner strategy 

Project Management and Coordination:

  • Validate objectives, deliverables and means with sponsor for Business Development    Projects
  • Define strategy to obtain deliverables with project team together with associated deadlines (Roadmap)
  • Estimate resources necessary for the success for each stage of the project
  • Define roles and responsibilities of the project team. Fix objectives and scope of activity with each project member
  • Identifies standard problems and alternate solutions based on a range of factors,most of which are clear
  • Lead and coordinate the development, execution and deployment of the project/study by applying the Group project approach
  • Manage project resources and budgets
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts  within the project team
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Identify additional resources where necessary and take appropriate steps to obtain them
  • Proactively identify and manage crises which may impact the success of project/study
  • Manages complex, multifaceted/ interrelated projects that span own area or department boundaries
  • Determines resource requirements for multi-faceted or multi-stage projects
  • Applies recognized project management methodology to manage scope, resources, time,  cost, quality, risk and communications
  • Evaluates the effectiveness and efficiency of solutions after implementation

Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field, MBA or Master’s Degree preferably
  • Good level of spoken and written English
  • Minimum 2 years of related and / or cross-functional experience in the industry
  • Good communication skills
  • No military service obligation for male candidates
