Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, MBA or Master’s Degree preferably
  • Advanced level of spoken and written English
  • Minimum 15 years progressive work experience in the field of HR, knowledge of labor laws and regulations, preferably industrial relations
  • Excellent knowledge of employment legislation and regulations
  • Strong relationship & coaching skills; strong communicator
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
  • International experience ideally working for large matrixed organizations
  • Experience in reorganization /transformations preferable
  • Diligent and firm with high ethical standards
  • Full understanding of the way an organization operates to meet its objectives
  • Thorough knowledge of human resource management principles and best practices
  • Mature, well-organized, a self-starter with enthusiasm and initiative
  • A good team player with supervisory and management skills having previous background in leading teams
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, HRIS systems, and comfortable learning new technical systems as needed
  • Eligible to travel

Job Descriptions:

  • To determine HR strategy of the company in line with its objectives and to ensure the implementation of these strategies
  • To give support to Top Management in HR area to realize the company's vision, mission and values ​​in order to achieve the assigned tasks. To ensure to cultivate a company culture that will help the company achieve its goals
  • To Manage, develop and improve the company's HR management
  • To increase employer brand value of the company. Protecting and managing the company's reputation. To ensure that the necessary activities are created and implemented in this regard
  • To carry out Risk Analysis of the company in HR area and to take necessary measures and actions in this regard
  • To establish an organizational structure in line with the company's objectives, to ensure cooperation and coordination between the units
  • To direct HR team targets and individual goals of HR team in line with the principles of profitability and efficiency
  • To ensure that activities are carried out to increase the motivation of the employee and their engagement to the company
  •  To ensure the implementation of digitalization projects in HR practicies
  • To ensure that training programs are organized to ensure that staff are equipped with modern knowledge and skills
  • To Build up and maintain a close relationship with internal customers to ensure that business needs are taken into consideration in developing HR initiatives and HR standards; ensure procedures are fully understood and implemented in the company
  • To Provide coaching to employees and management; articulate and present HR concepts and tools to groups of employees, encouraging and supporting an employee-oriented high-performance culture
  • To Take ownership for initiatives and projects as assigned based on organizational needs for area of responsibility and the global initiatives relevant to the same
  • To Ensure to implement and update guidelines, procedures and policies relevant HR services and consistent standards of employment
  • To Challenge current processes (policies, structure, etc.) and status quo; think outside of the box in terms of solutions; proactively contact HR teams for advice and solutions that are aligned with the team across regions
  • To Work closely with Top Management in structuring and developing their respective teams and support agreed action plans
  • To Ensure managing recruitment process of all positions within all organization in alignment with HRBPs, Talent Acquisition Teams and Line Managers (conducting interviews, negotiating offer letters and ensuring a smooth transition for new employees) according to defined standards
  • To Manage budget, headcount planning, salary rounds, promotions/salary adjustments, absence and regretted turnover in accordance with agreed process and in close partnership with the HR team and the line managers
  • To Drive the implementation of Personnel & Management Development tools and concepts (such as Development plans, Talent Management and Succession Planning initiatives)
  • To Work closely with HR team in improving the processes. This also incorporates liaison with Line and Senior Management and employees regarding training needs and activities
  • To Lead and manage actions needed for the improvement of the KPI’s within the area of responsibility according to defined targets
